The Park Pavilion

At Het Parkpaviljoen you can enjoy fun programming from the Park Foundation. This is intended for encounters, imagination and inspiration.

The story of the Park Pavilion

The Park Pavilion is located on the edge of the Park. The Park Foundation offers a program from the Park Pavilion that is an invitation for meeting, imagination, inspiration and well-being.

The cultural-historical story of the national monument is told from the hidden building. Workshops and tours are also organised.

The Park Pavilion was previously a TB convalescent home. It was built in 1937 on behalf of the Red Cross and designed by architect CJ Hemmes. Rotterdam residents could go to the convalescent home to recover after their treatment in the hospital.
