You can submit your cultural activity, festival or event for the calendar of Uitagenda Rotterdam using this form. The editorial team of Rotterdam Festivals select which activities will be shown in the calendar and which will receive extra editorial attention. This applies to our website, socials, our print magazine and the expressions of Kids Uitagenda. Selected activities can be found in the calendar function of our website.
Rotterdam Tourist Information can also select activities and will display them on their own website www.rotterdam.info.

Editorial team

Press releases with high-resolution images (not flyers) can be sent to redactie@rotterdamfestivals.nl so that the editors can possibly place an announcement or message on the website.

Rules to register your event

Your cultural activity, festival or event takes place in Rotterdam.
The programming of your activity is aimed at at least one of our cultural audience groups.
Your institution or organisation aims for a (large) urban reach with its programming.

Please note! If you want to report changes about the venue, time, date or other changes in programming that are relevant to visitors, please send an email to redactie@rotterdamfestivals.nl with the subject line 'Changes'. Also include the link where our editors can find your agenda item on the Uitagenda Rotterdam website. Changes will be processed as soon as possible.

May holidays: Wed 20th of March
Summer holiday: Wed 5th of June
Back to school: Wed 17th of July
Autumn break: Wed 18th of September
Christmas holidays: Wed 13th of November
