Ready to get to know the largest and most modern port in Europe? Get inspiration in the free to visit Port Pavilion at the Leuvehaven for your discovery tour of the port. Enthusiastic Harbour Hosts will help you put together your ideal visit to the harbour. On the interactive photo model, of 11 metres high, they offer you a complete overview of cycling routes, viewpoints, tours, attractions, beaches, nature and recreational areas in and around the port. The introduction to the port starts in Port Pavilion with six screens that are constantly moving. Sometimes separately and sometimes together they show the faces and contrasts that the port area, which extends over 40 kilometers, has to offer.
Leuve pavilion
In addition to Port Pavilion, you will find two public accessible workshops of the Maritime Museum in the Leuvepaviljoen. Here welders, blacksmiths and carpenters demonstrate their skills. Fancy a cup of coffee, waffle or ice cream? Then walk in to Loeve. Please not: the ice scream shop is not open in wintertime.
