The Largest Miniature World
At Miniworld Rotterdam – the largest indoor miniature world in the Benelux – you can look forward to mini landscapes, mini residents, mini trains and a mini Rotterdam, from 1500 to the present. With a lot of attention to the Rotterdam port and architecture.
In this attraction a day lasts 24 minutes, then it becomes night and thousands of lights twinkle in the dark. When day breaks, the residents wake up and the mini world comes back to life. Trains rush to their destinations, trucks drive around and people work and live.
Guided tour
A Dutch spoken tour behind the scenes of 30 minutes is possible for 2 to 10 people. This brings them to places that are normally not accessible to visitors, such as traffic control and shadow stations. Guided tours in German and English are also possible. These are only accepted on request for a minimum number of 2 people. Reservations can only be made at Miniworld Rotterdam. Drinks, snacks and sandwiches are sold in the Miniworld restaurant.
Miniworld Rotterdam is located in the Central District, a 5-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. There are 2 parking garages in the vicinity.
