The HipHopHuis is the beating heart for hip-hop lovers in and around Rotterdam. This lively place offers a home to energetic and creative young people who are involved in hip-hop music, dance and street art. Here they not only find space for cultural expression, but also for personal growth, making it an essential meeting place for the local hip hop community.

A lot to do

The HipHopHuis embraces a rich program with three main lines. First of all, it offers top teachers from the urban circuit who share their skills and knowledge during the teaching season from September to June. This program is open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned artists. In addition, the HipHopHuis supports emerging talent through coaching, workshops and master classes from international celebrities. This is supplemented with talk shows and lectures that highlight local history and knowledge. Finally, the HipHopHuis unites audiences and participants with various activities, including competitions, jam sessions and live performances, all made possible by a team of professionals with strong ties within the hip-hop scene, supported by community leaders and volunteers.
