Since July 2015, Stadsbrouwerij Noordt has had eight tanks of 2000 L and a 200 L tank for specialty beers. Every Friday the tank gets tapped, offering anyone on hand in the tasting room to test the new brew, like a Rotterdam Double, Triple, or Weizen.
