About us

Bar Stroom is the new bar of BlueCity. In the old whitewater course of Tropicana we go with the seasons, while at the same time swimming against the current. We work together with local farmers, circular food entrepreneurs and Rotterdam culture makers to bring about change. On the plate, in the glass and on stage. That may sound complex, but when you look out over the Maas on the sunny terrace, with a rotterzwam bitterbal and a circularly brewed cocktail in your hand, you will know: that change will leave you wanting more.
