After last year's success, Vintage aan de Maas is back on every last Sunday of the month from 30 March. Cultural stage OASE and vintage shop De Parel organise the vintage market at the former shipyard. Local Rotterdam talent will provide musical entertainment and enthusiastic entrepreneurs will give inspiring workshops.
Visitors can be inspired by the unique offerings of the entrepreneurs, hobbyists and individuals. Stalls will be filled with sustainable products, local art and pre-selected (vintage) items, such as vinyl, furniture, fi etchings, clothing and accessories. The market will largely take place outside on the quay on the River Meuse. A unique location overlooking the Meuse.
Visitors can settle down in the spring sunshine on the terrace by the Meuse for a cappuccino with oat milk, a vegan brownie, caribbean soul food or a freshly tapped beer. Or in colder weather, inside the Canteen.
Besides market offerings, local Rotterdam talent will provide musical entertainment (courtesy of Popunie) and enthusiastic Rotterdam entrepreneurs will give inspiring workshops in which visitors can participate.
The market is open from 11:00 to 17:00. Horeca is open from 11:00 to 18:00 (longer in summer).
