The Usual opens hotel at Westblaak 10

The Usual is a new innovative hospitality concept, where every detail has been thought through - with an eye for aesthetics, quality and sustainability. The hybrid design hotel opened in Rotterdam at Westblaak 10.

The Usual should become a place where people find each other spontaneously and where ideas and inspiration are given free rein. Guests can meet over a croissant and coffee, a good daily snack or connect with like-minded people during events, live music, workshops, and talks. The dishes are prepared in close collaboration with local entrepreneurs who also want to make an impact.

But it also offers the perfect spaces to combine relaxation and work, with meeting rooms, coworking spaces where possible and a mindgym, a space where guests can especially enjoy yoga, meditation, sound bath sessions and more. The concept is also being rolled out further in Europe, with easily accessible locations in city centres, close to the hotspots the city has to offer.

The Usual unburdens its guests by making sustainable choices so that guests can relax and dare to enjoy all that a new city has to offer again.

The Usual offers different accommodation for different needs, ranging from Pods and Long-Stay Apartments to a hotel room. Located at Westblaak 10, The Usual Rotterdam will open at the end of the first quarter in 2024.
