The Après Skihut will resume partying 7 days a week from 6 March
For almost 30 years, there was party every night at The Après Skihut on Stadhuisplein. But in early January, the well-known party pub closed for renovation, as did the same owner's neighbouring Get Back. On Thursday 6 March, De Après Skihut reopens. Get Back will follow a week later.
A construction crew of 70 men have been working almost day and night, giving both establishments a complete makeover. The Après Ski hut was built with scrap wood before the turn of the century. Hu used real Austrian wood. An ultramodern mega-kitchen by Qook has sprung up on the first floor. Of course, the concept has not been changed. At most, the bar is a bit longer so that more people can jump on it.
Get Back remains the trusted address for nostalgia with the best music of the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s. With a karaoke room as an additional party option.

Other horecagelegenheden on Stadhuisplein are also under renovation, with Café Plein, Café 't Fust, Coconuts and Amigo also undergoing complete renovation both on the outside and inside, with the entire building being made more sustainable. Café 't Fust and Coconuts will keep the same concept, while Amigo and Café Plein will be renamed and rebranded. The four establishments are expected to reopen in April.
