The new trend is daytime raves in the hospitality industry. Sajoer already did it, as did CECE Bar Urbana, Krozant and Wolly. On Sunday 11 May, Smash will host the very first burger rave in the Netherlands: Sunday Kitchen Rave. Entrance includes a free slider and drink.
Smash along with Coca-Cola and Cazadores will provide burgers, booze & beats from 15:00 to 19:00. Music will come from Criss, JulliusD b2b Tjen and Kevin Monteiro. With Afrohouse, techno and other electronic dance, they will provide a mini rave.
"This is not a standard get-together or rave," says the organisers. "We bring out the feel of an intimate kitchen party in the middle of the city - but with really good music and good burgers. We proudly call it the Netherlands' first burger rave!"
