SHOW NOT SHOW part of first Design Biennale Rotterdam
SHOW NOT SHOW part of first Design Biennale Rotterdam
Following the success of SHOW NOT SHOW during Dutch Design Week 2024, the second edition of the exhibition is part of the first-ever Design Biennale Rotterdam. From 20 February to 2 March, Frank Penders, Lucas Zito, Marc Meeuwissen (Dear Objects), Mokko (Aad Bos), Studio Fabius Clovis and Studio Luuk van Laarhoven will show their design, as well as the design and making process, in the Groot Handelsgebouw.
The group exhibition thus consists of a diverse collection of functional and autonomous objects, each with its own take on design. It offers an immersive experience that focuses on the creative process and exposes the tension between observation and perception.
The first edition, presented during Dutch Design Week 2024, was well received and attracted many visitors and international press attention. For this second exhibition, SHOW NOT SHOW is collaborating with Fundamental Eatery, where the NOT SHOW part of the exhibition merges with their Unfinished exhibition, just a few doors away.
