Riverdance is coming to RTM Stage, Rotterdam Ahoy on 4 & 5 November

The world-famous Irish dance spectacle Riverdance is coming back to the Netherlands , announcing an extra show at the RTM Stage, Rotterdam Ahoy on Tuesday 5 November 2024. The show on Monday 4 November sold out in no time, and due to high demand, a second chance is being offered to experience this unique phenomenon.

Global dance phenomenon

Riverdance is known for its energetic, passionate dancing and award-winning music composed by Grammy winner Bill Whelan. What began as a 7-minute halftime show during the Eurovision Song Contest has grown into a global sensation over the past decades. The show combines traditional Irish music and dance with international influences, creating a breathtaking visual and musical spectacle.

Renewed and refreshing

For this new tour, the iconic show has been redesigned. Producer Moya Doherty and director John McColgan have used innovative lighting, video effects and new costume designs to take the show to the next level. Together with a new generation of talented dancers and musicians, Riverdance once again promises to enchant audiences with its energy and sensuality.
