New York lingerie brand Rue du Paradis pops up at Groot Handelsgebouw

Fanny Karaman is the founder of Rue de Paradis, a unique lingerie brand that is all about tailoring, inclusivity and sustainability. She is an international tax lawyer in New York but also trained in fashion. With Rue de Paradis, she wants to create lingerie that truly reflects diversity. In April, she will open a pop-up atelier in the Groot Handelsgebouw where workshops such as making your own bralette will be organised throughout the month. You can register via this link.

At Rue du Paradis' pop-up studio, for example, anyone can make their own bralette, using their preferred fabrics and colours. Under guidance, participants work with patterns and within 3-4 hours a bra is made that fits well and meets all preferences. The workshop is suitable for everyone regardless of experience, gender or body shape.

Fanny Karaman: "At Rue du Paradis, we believe in the power of lingerie as a means of showing yourself as you are. During the workshops, we also want to take participants into the world of high-quality materials and let them experience what perfectly fitting lingerie can do for you. Your body is central and by working only with the finest fabrics, the creations seamlessly match the participants' unique desires and needs."

Besides the workshop, you can shop lingerie from the Rue de Paradis collection at the pop-up location or place an order for personalised items; from sophisticated brallettes to stylish swimwear in sizes XS to 4X.
