Atelier Munro opens with Rotterdam Capsule Collection
After the success of stores in Amsterdam, Toronto and Galgary, the made-to-measure brand Atelier Munro has opened a flagship store on the Meent. It is the fourth The Atelier Munro House. Like the other Atelier Munro Houses, this location offers a mix of shop, showroom and coffee bar. The concept offers an exceptional and progressive retail experience and tailoring service in the recognisable signature of the international brand founded in Amsterdam in 2018.
The Atelier Munro House Rotterdam is a carefully designed 320-square-metre shop. The result is a large open space, spread over two floors, where natural light comes through skylights and industrial lamps complement the space with warm light. The interior strikes a nice balance between clean and polished elements, such as the cement floors and mirror walls and glass details, complemented by a warm touch of wooden elements, lounge sofas and carpets in the signature Atelier Munro blue. Besides an extensive collection to get inspired, the shop offers its own lounge, mini library, barista corner for the perfect coffee, and there are several plants and trees from Flora, giving the location a homely feel.
The style advisors have every resource imaginable to serve their clients and offer personal service and advice on the luxurious fabrics, co-create individual garments or put together a complete wardrobe!
Rotterdam Capsule Collection
To celebrate the opening of the new shop, Atelier Munro has put together an exclusive Rotterdam Capsule Collection. The collection consists of a limited edition jacket in one of Atelier Munro's favourite fabrics for this season, a peached water-repellent technical fabric called Belseta, and is available in Rotterdam green and Atelier Munro blue. In addition, the collection includes a polo shirt, made of cotton and cashmere, in the same Rotterdam green colour. Each piece from the collection features a unique 'Atelier Munro Rotterdam' patch on the chest, in Atelier Munro blue. The capsule collection was photographed for launch in the flagship store worn by Rotterdam actor Martijn Lakemeier.
