Asian restaurants in Rotterdam
Rotterdam Chinese New Year has just passed. Those who still want to stay in Asian spheres can head to several restaurants in Rotterdam.
Xīn
Chef Alexander Wong started in the kitchen of Malacca, his parents' restaurant. He then attended the prestigious Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland. He then worked at star restaurant La Pergola in Rome and François Geurds, among others. He co-founded OX Rotterdam and now has his own restaurant Xīn in the Supernova Hotel. Xīn means 'new' in Chinese. The restaurant therefore features a menu of new interpretations of traditional Chinese dishes and delicacies.
