10x fun night-time parties in October

The festival season is over so it's time to hit the clubs again! October has plenty of fun events coming up again. Here are 10 cool night parties you don't want to miss next month.

Black Coffee

On the night of Friday 4 October, South African DJ/producer Black Coffee will give a show at Rotterdam Ahoy's RTM Stage. The night will last from 10pm to 6am, with Black Coffee joined by none other than Amémé, Philou Louzolo, Shoba and William Djoko. Immerse yourself in a deep, soulful approach to house music.

MONO is back

After 100 long days of being closed, and with a lot of hard work and incredible support, MONO has secured its licence and saved this beloved space. And what better way to celebrate this victory than with epic comeback parties? With an exciting mix of live artists and DJs, they will kick off a new chapter on Friday, 4 October and Saturday, 5 October. Get ready for a weekend full of music, community and MONO.

Time Travel Indoor Festival

On Saturday 5 October, you will be taken on a journey back in time to relive nostalgia at the Maassilo. Vibe with your friends to the music of yesteryear with a line-up that will bring back all your old memories. On the mainstage, you can enjoy Lil Kleine, Yes-R, Kempi, Equalz, Diaz & Bruno, Bix and Rowan Pierot. On the Gio & Friends stage, dance to the beats of Gio, Keizer, Brace, Nino, Darryl, Biggi, Daims and Chy.

Oktoberfest at Club Unique

Prost! OktoberFest descends on the heart of Rotterdam at Club Uniek. Especially for the true German or lover of this traditional German festival. With a fun day programme from 20:00, you will enjoy lots of fun competitions and karaoke. DJ Papi Lloyd will also provide the music. On Friday 4 October, count on an evening full of food, beer, karaoke, lederhosen and more.

Extra at the table

At Table is a concept of female and non-binary DJs who make the dance floor a happy place where fun is taken seriously. On Saturday 12 October, they are back at Cult=us=Club. Expect the unexpected with this evening's theme: Gameshow. There will be performers, games, a USB roulette and an extravagant mix of music ranging from swinging grooves to music where your bottom shakes.

Native Grooves

Do you like hypnotic African house music but also uplifting techhouse beats? Then Native Grooves is the place to be! Various DJs will effortlessly blend afrohouse and techhouse this evening. Edson Cesar, Geneva Lints, The Santiago Brothers, Melissa Eliza and Aiyana May are on hand to make it a delicious party at Club Sahara on Saturday 12 October.

STORM

After successful editions in Amsterdam, Leiden and Madrid, STORM is ready to take over Rotterdam again for their second edition at Club Centraal. The venue will be transformed into an immersive STORM experience, taking you to the universe with house, trance and melodic techno and an accompanying light show. Sutefu, Siëndo, Perros and Lexy Young will come to showcase their sounds.

Glow in the Dark Halloween

Glow in the Dark is back with their annual Halloween edition. On Saturday, 26 October, the day edition will burst into life at the Maassilo, followed by a night edition at the same venue. Glow in the Dark will feature a variety of sounds such as futurehouse, techhouse and techno. Among others, Winson, KARAH, Hades b2b Nyctionian, Mr. Belt & Wezol and Karim Soliman will be present.

Rave XXL

Want to experience an oldschool rave in Halloween atmosphere? Then come to Rotterdam's spookiest rave at Now&Wow Club on Friday 25 October. DT43 will be spinning a back-to-back set together with Gutierrez, BANDEE has a two-hour special closing set in store, and Danique, Def, Løis, Outrage and Malika Maria will also be spinning the roof off.

2Manydjs

Since 1995, David and Stephen Dewaele have continually pushed the boundaries of music by diversifying into different guises. They are a band (Soulwax), DJs (2manydjs), a record label (DEEWEE), a sound system (Despacio) and have even created an app and website (Radio Soulwax). In the midst of all this, they have toured extensively worldwide, both as 2manydjs and Soulwax, much to the delight of their legions of fans. On Saturday 26 October, they will perform as 2manydjs at Annabel.
