The Zakkendragershuisje in Delfshaven presents the opening of the new music season in collaboration with De Rotterdamse Toon!

Anna Choi on bandoneon and Jorge Municio on cello bring a mix of classical masterpieces and well-known melodies to life.

The program includes:

  • Prelude (from Suite No. 1) by JS Bach and Capriccio No. 8 by J. Dall'Abaco – Beautiful pieces for solo cello.
  • Vocalise by S. Rachmaninov and music from Schindler's List – Moving arrangements for cello and bandoneon.
  • Disney songs "I Wanna Be Like You" and "Someday My Prince Will Come", featuring Sebastien Choy on guitar.
  • Por una cabeza en Mi refugio – Passionate Argentine tangos and an expressive bandoneon solo.
