During this special yoga workshop you will discover in a playful and relaxed way how you can connect with yourself. Quite important in a grown-up world where you are often told who you should be.
In the Year of the Woman and Noordjes summer, everything revolves around strength, balance and self-awareness – and that starts at a young age! This workshop is for children from 7 years old. Together with OmiYoga teacher who specializes in children's yoga, she knows how to make it a fun lesson with creative elements such as music, singing, games or drawing.
