After years of silence, Winne returns with his new album Mssyeh , a deeply personal project in which he explores the impact of loss, grief and finding healing. The album was largely recorded in his own studio in Rotterdam, together with producer Concrete, with whom he previously made Winne Zonder Strijd . In Mssyeh , Winne reflects on the death of his best friend Feis and its aftermath, in which he decided to continue touring despite everything. Years later, he realizes that he was functioning in survival mode, and consciously chooses therapy and musical processing. Mssyeh is raw, honest and powerful – a new chapter in the oeuvre of one of the Netherlands' most honest hip-hop artists.
