Whispering Sons

The Belgian five-piece band Whispering Sons brings a dark, ferocious storm with them wherever they go. Their energetic and at times experimental post-punk is completely based on their greatest strength: raw, unaffected intensity. The robust instrumentation, in combination with Fenne Kuppens' deep vocals, creates a constant feeling of discomfort that sends chills down your spine.

Yet there is also hope to be found amid the darkness on their latest, third album The Great Calm. Although darkness still predominates, small rays of light can now also be discovered.
