WFFR Lokaal - The Hummingbird effect

Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam (WFFR) annually shows the most beautiful and impactful films about nature from home and abroad. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, WFFR brings the most beautiful nature films to all urban areas of Rotterdam. This starts on October 4 and moves along various Rotterdam locations until November 10.

During this evening, organized in collaboration with De Botanische Tuin Kralingen, you can watch a special screening of the film The Hummingbird Effect. More than a quarter of Costa Rica is protected reserves, making Costa Rica's wild areas a virtual symphony of life, and at the heart of it are the little conductors that keep the country blooming and the orchestra in tune: hummingbirds. In this film you will see how these beloved pollinators go about their business and how the fruits of their labor bring neighboring wildlife to the party. Beforehand, there is a guided tour of the garden focused on birds.
