Van trespa tot spiegelglas - bouwmaterialentour Post 65

Concrete, Trespa, natural stone and mirror glass in all sorts of colours: the look & feel of Post 65 architecture cannot be captured in a single material. But how does that happen? Architectural historian and author Ronald Stenvert takes you on a journey past Rotterdam's most distinctive office blocks, museum buildings and residential complexes.

Now that many of these buildings are due for renewal, it is also important to know more about the materiality of these buildings. Led by Ronald, we walk from the Maritime Museum, along the Coolse Poort and the former MeesPierson to the Schouwburgplein with the Doelen and Theater Rotterdam. Via the urban renewal in the Oude Westen we walk to the end point of the tour: the Rotterdam Cultuurstad exhibition at OMI.
