UBIK Performance Night // playful connection workshop by gentle juiciness

In this playful connection workshop you get to meet other people through breath, movement and light touch exercises.

You will be invited to get out of your head and into your body, communicate by movement instead of by using words.

There will be elements of yoga, dance, improv theater and a sprinkle of tantra without it getting sexual.

You will be guided by Marcus (they/them) and their assistant Plenty (they/them), step by step in sync with your body, to feel it when it says yes or no and how to act on this.

Consent is key and you don't have to do anything you don't like.
