Musical journey through Turkey with the Rotterdam Yurttan Sesler Korosu (RYSK) / the Rotterdam Turkish Choir and live music conducted by Sami Dalmis.
Rotterdam has many nationalities and in this vibrant city all kinds of cultures and music styles come together. The Rotterdam Yurttan Sesler Korosu / the Rotterdam Turkish Choir organizes a beautiful evening full of Turkish Folk Music!
The choir with over 30 choir members and its musicians takes everyone on a musical and colorful journey through Turkey. They sing songs from different regions of the country. With each song you can taste the atmosphere of the region or city, through the characteristic music style for that area.
The performance will be presented in both Turkish and Dutch.
