Toneelleesclub West bezoekt Cong's Place / Space101

Drama club West reads the play Happy in Holland in Space101.

Plays are beautiful to watch and fun to read. Especially when you read them together. You can do that anywhere in Rotterdam: in Toneelleesclub Noord, West and Zuid!

This month we read the play Happy in Holland by Sun Li and Tjyying Liu, a piece about a mother and daughter who say goodbye to their Chinese-Indonesian restaurant. We read this text together at a special location: the former restaurant Cong's Place on the West-Kruiskade, where artist Fenmei Hu has now established a pop-up location of Space101.

It will be a pleasant afternoon with "a moving glimpse into the back of the Chinese-Indonesian restaurant" (Theaterkrant) accompanied by delicious Chinese tea and fascinating conversations.
