About the movie

Amanda hasn't heard from the boy she's been dating for weeks. After 22 days she gives up, she's nobody's plan B. When they meet again by chance, her plan never to speak to him again goes completely wrong. A short circuit occurs: her head screams "let me live", but her heart still wants to be with him. She's faced with the question: is a second chance worth it?

The premiere of Toeval Bestaat Wel: a music film written and directed by Dutch-language artist Van Den Hil. The music film is an extension of the EP of the same name, consisting of five brand new singles. Five songs, five videos, one story.

During this exclusive evening, you will be the first to hear and see this autobiographical story. In addition to making the music, Van Den Hil also plays the lead role. With this film, Van Den Hil wants to offer a different perspective on the current dating landscape, where few people believe in true love.
