Thelma

Squibb, who did many of her own stunts in the film, plays Thelma Post, a feisty 93-year-old grandmother who is scammed over the phone by someone posing as her grandson (Fred Hechinger, The White Lotus). She embarks on a dangerous quest across Los Angeles, accompanied by an elderly friend (Roundtree) and his mobility scooter, to recover what was swindled from her. The film also stars Parker Posey, Clark Gregg and Malcolm McDowell.
