The Vices

With boundless ambition and playful energy, Groningen band The Vices effortlessly send explosive, danceable songs into your ear canal. Their sound is a refreshing mix of Britpop and surf rock - think the musical lovechild of Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes, with the raw live energy reminiscent of early Red Hot Chili Peppers. The Vices storm every stage with an indomitable force, lightning-fast tempos and the unstoppable bloodlust of four young guys embracing the wild ride of rock 'n' roll, leaving just enough of the stage intact to be invited back.

This tornado of drive resulted in two albums, sold-out club tours and as support for Nothing But Thieves along all the major stages in Europe. The hype around the band is growing rapidly and is now also flooding the US, where The Vices did their first own headlining tour of 26 shows in 2024. After already having played festivals such as Best Kept Secret, Sziget and Zwarte Cross, the band will release the new album Before It Might Be Gone in 2024, produced by the legendary Charlie Andrew, known for his work with Alt-J and David Gilmour.
