Sonoor Listening Bar

Silent Session with Antal, Ays & Charmaine.

There is a difference between hearing and listening. Hearing enables perception, while listening is actively focusing on sounds and their meaning. And there is something so special about attentive listening and sharing music with friends, so that's why we invited them for a silent listening session.

@antalantalheitlager is a force to be reckoned with. Apart from being an exceptional Dj, he is co-founder of Rush Hour Records, playing music from Chicago house to forgotten disco from any corner on the world, but always with intent, spending around three to six hours preparing for a gig. For this event, Antal will reveal a different side of his artistry. Diving deep into his record collection, he'll share his most cherished and unique listening music, offering a rare glimpse into his personal favorites.

Rotterdam-based DJs @charmaineleyden and @aysiamusic will open this edition of Sonoor with an exclusive b2b set. Known for their eclectic tastes, ranging from jazz-fusion and disco to electronic sounds, they promise a great start to the evening. Ays, who started her career with intimate @focus.listening sessions, and Charmaine, with her residency at Radio TNP, are both known for creating meaningful connections through sound and curating the perfect listening experience.
