The midsummer festival São João in Rotterdam
The São João, also known as the St. John's Feast or Midsummer Feast, is celebrated every year by the Cape Verdean community at the 'Pracinha d'Quebrôd' (Heemraadsplein) in Rotterdam. It will be a colorful day full of culture, tradition, music, Cape Verdean delicacies, stories and activities for all ages, accompanied by the sound of the tambor. Bem kola ma nos!
