Saije - ZEETOREN LIVE

Saije are an award-winning contemporary folk duo whose soulful harmonies, dynamic guitar lines and percussive breaks breathe life into their heartfelt stories. Their songwriting comes from the depths; sweeping melodies tied together with graceful lyrics. Through multitasking, the pair create a full sound, enriched with flavours from their travels around the world.

Growing up among the rivers and valleys of a small creative town on the east coast of Australia, Saije, Shanteya and Jo developed a close affinity with the natural world.

After being named Folk Alliance Australia's 'Young Artist of the Year 2019-2020' at the National Folk Festival, Saije toured Australia and Canada in early 2020, armed with harmony, guitars and foot drums, with their latest release Kindred (2019).

Saije continues to surprise international audiences in small venues and large festival stages.
