Rob Kemps is a television producer, singer of Snollebollekes, known for Chansons and a big fan of France. He is in love with its language, music, and especially with Paris. In Heaven on Earth, Rob takes us to the 20th arrondissement. To Père-Lachaise, the most famous cemetery in France and perhaps even in the world. As a 24-year-old, Rob lived in Paris. He visited the cemetery every day. He walked around endlessly and immersed himself in the 'residents'.
