RIDCC 2025 's werelds grootste choreografische duetcompetitie

The competition

RIDCC proudly presents this special edition, where choreographers compete for promising prizes. During the preliminary rounds on Thursday 12 June and Friday 13 June, you will see sixteen spectacular duets in a wide range of dance styles. The competition will reach its peak on Saturday 14 June, during the grand finale. Here, a prestigious jury will select the winner of the coveted XL Production Award. RIDCC partners will also present the Partner Awards, while you as the audience decide who wins the Audience Award. After the performances, we will conclude with a festive award ceremony.

The prices

The winner of the main prize, the XL Production Award (worth €100,000), will be given the unique opportunity to create a new, autonomous production at Scapino Ballet Rotterdam with a guarantee of a tour throughout the country.

The RIDCC partners, nationally and internationally renowned companies, select the winners of the Partner Awards.
