Peter & Viggo - Jeugd (try-out) try-out

Peter Heerschop and Viggo Waas. Best friends. Men with plans. They were boys. Or no, they still are boys. In what may be their last theater show together, they go all out one more time. That they know for sure that they have given everything, absolutely everything.

Full of youthful energy, Peter and Viggo dive into the depths of their memories. They ask questions about youth, loves and lost moments of laughter. What would you do differently with what you know now? Who were influential in your youth? And where has that total open-mindedness gone? Every question is a scene and every scene is a new question.

Peter and Viggo are surprised by all kinds of specialists when writing and challenge the audience to participate in a life-changing program with a hint of nostalgia.

The press about Something Very Beautiful Is About to Happen

“The lyrics are sharp and sometimes cut a lot, as we are used to at NUHR and which many fast boys and girls of the moment can still appreciate.” – Theater newspaper

“In sharply formulated scenes they come close to the core of what friendship means to them” – Het Parool
