Pathé Oscars Festival 2025

The Pathé Oscars Festival gives film lovers the unique opportunity to see four of the most talked about Oscar nominated films on the big screen in a row. Four unique films, each nominated for Best Picture.

Emilia Pérez - 13 nominations Overqualified and underappreciated, Rita works at a large law firm that mainly counts serious criminals among its clients. She receives a mysterious phone call from drug lord Manitas Del Monte. He makes Rita an offer she can't refuse. She will never have to work again if she helps him leave his empire behind. Manitas has a plan that he has been refining in secret for years: to finally become the woman he has always wanted to be, Emilia Pérez. Conclave - 8 nominations After the death of the Pope, cardinals from all over the world cast their votes in the most secretive election in the world: the conclave. Cardinal Lawrence (Ralph Fiennes) must ensure that everything runs smoothly, despite his own crisis of faith. When lofty ambitions result in scandal, he discovers that the late Pope was far from saintly. Conclave is directed by Edward Berger (All Quiet on the Western Front). Ralph Fiennes (The Menu, The Grand Budapest Hotel), Stanley Tucci (Spotlight', Supernova), John Lithgow (Killers of the Flower Moon, Bombshell) and Isabella Rossellini (La Chimera) play the leading roles. Anora - 6 nominations For Anora, a young sex worker from Brooklyn, a dream seems to come true when she meets the son of a Russian oligarch and the two decide to get married on impulse. But when the news reaches Russia, the fairytale seems to end badly when his parents travel to New York to have the marriage annulled. Anora won the Palme d'Or at the 77th Cannes Film Festival this year. The Brutalist - 10 nominations Visionary architect László Toth leaves post-war Europe for America to make a fresh start with his work, his life and his marriage to his wife Erzsébet after they were separated by changing borders and regimes during the war. László arrives alone in a strange new land, settling in Pennsylvania, where wealthy industrialist Harrison Lee Van Buren recognizes his talent for construction. But power and a lasting legacy come at a high price.
