In the hustle and bustle of the city, where stimuli are constantly coming at us, an idea arose at NOX: what if meditation and electronic music come together as a pause button for your mind?
During the Rotterdam Take Over festival we create a moment of peace at MONO. No airy-fairy session, but an accessible experience where deep bass, ambient sounds and guided meditation help young people to relax and catch their breath.
