Nouchka Fontijn (1987) is the first Dutch female boxer to have been to the Olympic Games. She won silver (2016) and bronze (2021). Nouchka was in the boxing ring for fourteen years and boxed a total of 180 matches.

After ending her boxing career in 2021, she participated in the television programs Special Forces VIPS and Expeditie Robinson . These impressive experiences have also found a place in this work. For a number of years, Nouchka has been on a completely different stage, where she shares her learned lessons and experiences with the business community and other organizations.
