Network Festival: 'A new place for subcultures and creativity in Rotterdam'.
UNDISCOVERED SOUNDS AND A COLLABORATION OF COMMUNITIES
Rotterdam, January 26, 2025 - "There are too few places where subcultures really come together and are given space to flourish," Nomzamo Roseval and Mitchel Sam-Sin found. That's why they organized the first edition of Network Festival last year, a lifestyle festival that brings together music, art and communities. Now the festival is back with the second edition, and it promises to be bigger and more diverse than ever.

More than a festival
In addition to music, Network Festival offers an inspiring lifestyle market, art exhibitions by young artists and interactive activations. With the help of collectives such as With the Fam, the public is invited to participate in art projects, while Blurry offers a platform for local creative entrepreneurs. This combination of music, art and interaction makes Network Festival a unique experience that goes beyond the traditional festival.
“Network Festival isn’t just about partying. It’s about connecting, about creating a space where subcultures come together and have a voice. We want visitors to go home with new inspiration and a sense of community,” said Mitchel Sam-Sin, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Network Festival. “Last year we saw the need for this, and this year we’re continuing to build a sustainable and inclusive platform.”
