Before the concert you can opt for a relaxing Gong bath,

accompanied by Hédi Carlée and Els van Dongen. The deep, resonant sounds

of the gong brings you into a state of deep rest, calms you

nervous system and restore the balance in your energy. The Gong bath helps

release stress, relieve pain and relax your body and mind

to bring harmony – the perfect preparation for the mantra concert.
