Lost & Found Minifest

Are you new in Rotterdam and would you like to meet new people? Come to the mini festival Lost&Found! Think of an evening full of fun, music, tooth gems, graffiti, henna, sports & karaoke. Bring your friends, or come alone.

Lost & Found is organized by students of Willem de Kooning as a project event. It falls under the Rotterdam Takeover festival, where 16 different events will take place in the span of one and a half weeks, spread throughout Rotterdam. The festival will be a diverse afternoon/evening where various DJs and activities will be present, while enjoying a beer.

We notice that it is difficult for new/upcoming students to make connections within Rotterdam. We have set the goal to lower that threshold for people, by facilitating activities that let people start a conversation. Think of a clothing swap, henna, tooth gems, graffiti wall, volleyball and much more.

The location will also play a big role here, because Keilecafé is known as the hotspot of Rotterdam to meet new people. All in all a fun community-building day where people will make lifelong connections.
