Levent Yüksel, born in 1964 in Antalya, Turkey, is a composer, musician and singer. Trained in double bass at the conservatory, Yüksel began his stage career as a bass guitarist in various orchestras. His path soon crossed with Sezen Aksu, and he performed not only as a bassist but also as a singer.

In 1993, he released his first album Medcezir, which quickly climbed the charts and ranked among the top 3 of Turkey's Best 100 Albums. After his successful debut, Yüksel released a series of albums, including Levent Yüksel'in 2. Kaseti (1995), Bi'daha (1997), Adı Menekşe (1998), Aşkla (2000), Uslanmadım (2004), Kadın Şarkıları (2006), Topyekun (2012), Aşk Mümkün M üdür Hala (2017), and Hayatıma Dokunan Şarkılar (2017).
