The Queen of Katendrecht organizes a ball to find a suitable princess for her son, Prince Charles of Katendrecht. However, Charles cherishes a secret desire: he would prefer to wear a dress, just like the princesses. His mother knows nothing about it and wants him to wear his deceased father's old wedding suit. It puts Charles in conflict: of course he does not want to disappoint his mother, but he does not feel comfortable in that suit at all. He realizes that he has to be honest with his mother and therefore with himself. Does the self-confidence that he feels as The Prince's Dress and the Golden Button also lie in Prince Charles?
