Jeugdtheater - De Vliegende Hollander 7+
The Flying Dutchman, a ghost story that teaches us not to be afraid.
After a long time of staying inside, everyone wants to go outside again. Sail. Fly. Go to sea. Not Ida. She is afraid, prefers to stay home a little longer. With her dog. And why would she go outside? She dreams of beach, forest and sea and creates her own mysterious adventures. But always inside. Inside is safe because outside there is a ghost ship flying, right?
Storyteller Ida van Dril dives into this mysterious story in her own unique way. Under the direction of Fred Delfgaauw, Ida immerses you in a true lie. An exciting and funny performance with cowardly heroes and heroic cowards. For everyone from 7 years old who does not yet know that being afraid does not have to be scary at all.
