Jens Meijer hosts: KRSIX

An instrumental sextet led by London-based saxophonist Kasper Rietkerk. Their music combines jazz with rock and folk influences, brought to life by a powerful six-piece band.

Their debut album, The Island, recorded with a string quartet and featuring guests Anatole Muster, Emma Rawicz and Immy Churchill, was launched at a sold-out Pizza Express Soho in London on 24th June 2024, on Zennez Records. The band have performed at major London jazz venues including Jazz Cafe and Pizza Express, and toured the UK.
