Jasmine Myra

Jasmine Myra is a saxophonist, composer and bandleader based in London. Originally part of the vibrant, creative and genre-bending music scene at Leeds Conservatoire, she surrounded herself with the city’s best young talent. Her original instrumental music has a euphoric and uplifting sound, influenced by artists such as Kenny Wheeler, Bonobo, Ólafur Arnalds and Moses Sumney. Myra’s second album Rising (Gondwana Records) builds on the success of her breakthrough album Horizons and is a major statement from one of the rising stars of British jazz. On International Women’s Day, Jasmine Myra will be performing live with us for the first time!
