22-year-old Irish musician and songwriter Jamie Duffy is a new star in the firmament, seamlessly combining traditional, popular and classical influences into a mesmerizing musical style.
Jamie’s debut single ‘Solas’ broke records in 2022, becoming the most streamed debut song by an Irish artist since Hozier’s ‘Take Me To Church,’ with over 79 million streams on Spotify. He has cemented his place in the music world with over 1.2 million monthly listeners.
His collaborations show his versatility. His name has surfaced alongside Sarah Cothran, Patrick Dexter and Kingfishr. Jamie’s compositions range from uplifting instrumentals to emotional tracks with powerful vocals. His latest single ‘Torus’ is inspired by the circular swimming patterns of basking sharks.
