Thirty years after the military dictatorship in Brazil, a woman and her children set out to discover the truth behind the disappearance of their husband and father.
Based on the memoirs of Marcelo Rubens Paiva, I'm Still Here tells the true story of the disappearance of his father, former congressman Rubens Paiva, during Brazil's military dictatorship in the 1970s. The lives of Paiva's wife Eunice (Fernanda Torres) and their five children are changed abruptly—and forever—after his disappearance.
