ICAF NWE MKRS is the annual festival that brings together, celebrates, inspires and provides a platform for young and established community arts talent, both national and international.
Expect a diverse evening program with lectures, performances and dialogues by inspiring makers who will explore the ICAF theme 'space' from different approaches. With special attention to mental health and connection.
