What is no longer a mystery is the worldwide success of the quartet Huun-Huur-Tu. They have become an established name in the international music scene, thanks to their modern presentation of traditional throat singing.
Originally the songs are performed a capella, but Huun Huur Tu is one of the first groups to combine this singing with beautiful string and plucked instruments and contemporary influences.
